NAP BY THE POOL
Holidays! Everyone dreams about laid by the pool,
having some nice and refreshing cocktails! Be lazy with some drinks.
INGREDIENTS
15ml Bols Passion Fruit
15ml Bols Vanilla
30ml Citrus Vodka
20ml Fresh Lime Juice
2 barspoons Honey
Half Passion Fruit
30ml Fresh Mango Puree
10ml Fresh Ginger Juice
Top up Ginger Ale
GARNISH : Passion Fruit, Mango, Passion Fruit Caramel, Vanilla.
METHOD
Muddle the fruit with ginger juice and honey in a
mixing glass, then add the Bols Liqueurs and the vodka and shake it with ice.
Double strain it over ice to the jam pot and top up
with ginger ale.
Garnish it with a Vanilla stik, half passion fruit and
a mango stik on top of the passion fruit.
For the side dish, just chopp mango, and mix caramel
to half passion fruit and stir it.
