My inspiration is the iconic simplicity and joy of life of the Carioca. You don't need to get complicated to be awesome neither kill your appetite for the joy of a chocolate oriented cocktail.
50ml Grey Goose L'orange
15ml Punt & Mes
15ml Bols Cacao Brown
5 mint leaves
7 drops Bittermen's Xocolat Mole bitters
GARNISH: Orange Zest, Mint Leaf
In a chilled mixing glass lightly muddle the mint leaves on the vodka with the back of a barspoon, not tearing them apart. Add the rest of the ingredients, add ice and give it a good stir. Double strain in a coupe or antique cocktail glass, garnish with a fat orange zest and a mint leaf and enjoy delicious and refreshing chocolate in a glass.
