GOLDEN TICKET
My inspiration is the iconic simplicity and joy of
life of the Carioca. You don't need to get complicated to be awesome neither
kill your appetite for the joy of a chocolate oriented cocktail.
INGREDIENTS
50ml Grey Goose L'orange
15ml Punt & Mes
15ml Bols Cacao Brown
5 mint leaves
7 drops Bittermen's
Xocolat Mole bitters
GARNISH: Orange Zest, Mint Leaf
METHOD
In a chilled mixing glass lightly muddle the mint
leaves on the vodka with the back of a barspoon, not tearing them apart. Add
the rest of the ingredients, add ice and give it a good stir. Double strain in
a coupe or antique cocktail glass, garnish with a fat orange zest and a mint
leaf and enjoy delicious and refreshing chocolate in a glass.
