“O GUARANI” BY RAFAEL MARIACHI, TOP 4 BRASIL, BOLS AROUND THE WORLD 2013.

O GUARANI

My ancestors are iconic inspiration enough. “O Guarani” is a cocktail in honor of the best known South American Indian and this is an attempt to rescue the folk culture of my country, emphasizing in our spirit and involving typical flavors of the country where everything you plant, is harvested.

INGREDIENTS

70 ml Cachaça with Vanilla Bean Infusion
30 ml Bols Cacao Brown
50 ml Kaki chocolate Puree (Chocolate Persimmon)
10 ml Lemon Juice

GARNISH: Lemon peel, Gooseberry.


METHOD

In a shaker with ice, add Cachaça with vanilla infused, Bols Cacao Brown, kaki chocolate puree, lemon juice and shake. In a opened coconut with ice, strain the cocktail. Put the garnish and be happy!
