BOLS AROUND THE WORLD 2012 - FRANCISCO GUERREIRO " PERFECT PASSION BOLS "


PERFECT PASSION BOLS

Ingredients:

40 ml Bols Genever

30 ml Cointreau

40 ml Sweet & Sour

Caviar of Bols Crème de Cassis Liqueur and Bols Strawberry Liqueur

Foam of egg white and Bols Yoghurt Liqueur

Shake

Double cocktail glass

Garnish: 1 Vanilla pod, 1 bunch of lemon thyme and 1 edible flower pansy

Method:

Shake together, 40 ml Bols Genever, 30 ml Cointreau, 40 ml Sweet & Sour and ice.

Strain into a chilled double Cocktail Glass.

Add a Caviar of Bols Crème de Cassis Liqueur and Bols Strawberry Liqueur

Finish with foam of egg white and Blos Yoghurt Liqueur

Garnish: 1 Vanilla pod, 1 bunch of lemon thyme and 1 edible flower pansy

Preparation Sweet & Sour:

1 cl of fresh lemon Juice, and part of sugar syrup 0.5 cl

Caviar preparation:

50 ml water (with low calcium content)

50 ml Bols Crème de Cassis Liqueur

50 ml Bols Strawberry Liqueur

2 grs. of Sodium Alginate

Foam preparation:

180 ml egg white

70 ml Bols Yoghurt Liqueur

1 Cream charges 8 grs. N20

Preparing a cocktail, involving soft aromas and flavors of Bols Genever with red fruits strawberry and cassis balancing with citrus touches and sweetness of Yoghurt Liqueur. Perfect Passion Bols.
