“SUBLIME TOUCH” BY FRANCISCO

Inspired by the nature, blue sea, golden sandy beach,
warmness and passion...a combination of ingredients that seek to satisfy and
carry a sense of freshness, a true pleasure! For all this I decided to mix the
fragrance and soul of Genever Bols, with the fragrances and floral notes of
Bols Parfait Amour,Cointreau, the aromas and flavors of basil,lime juice and
pineapple juice, all shaked vigorously, that combined reveals itself as a
SUBLIME TOUCH.
INGREDIENTS:
30 ml of Bols Genever
20 ml of Parfait Amour Bols
10 ml of Cointreau
20 ml of Fresh Pineapple Juice
10 ml of Fresh Lime Juice
2 basil leaves
Dash of egg white
Garnish: Branch of lavender, orange peel and 2 basil
leaves
Method: Shake together, 30 ml Bols Genever, 20 ml Parfait
Amour Bols, 10 ml Cointreau, 30 ml Fresh pineapple juice, 10 ml Fresh lime
juice, 2 basil leaves and a dash of egg white.
Shake vigorously.
Double Strain into a chilled double Cocktail Glass.
Garnish: Branch of lavender, orange peel and 2 basil
leaves
