SUNSET @THE CLIFFS
How many stories were born in the hands of a bartender
and how many changed lives of people forever? My inspiration and motivation
rises by iconic place where I provide some of these stories.
INGREDIENTS
45ml Bols Genever
20ml Bols Maraschino liqueur
130ml Pineapple juice
5ml grenadine syrup
GARNISH: 2 thin slices of ananas, 2 pineapple leaves.
METHOD
- Prepare the highball glass with the 2 thin slices of
pineapple, place inside next to the glass.
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with plenty of
ice and with the exception of the grenadine syrup.
- Pour the entire contents into the previously prepared
glass and finish putting the grenadine syrup
- Finish with the decoration with 2 leaves of
pineapple.
